Kim Kardashian Vs. Cookie Diet

Things may be getting a little messy between Kim Kardashian and Dr. Siegal.

Miss Kardashian, who is a spokesperson for Quick Trim, described Dr. Siega’s Cookie Diet as “unhealthy” on her Twitter page.

Dr. Siegal is pissed off now and has filed a lawsuit against Kim by claiming she had a “commercial motive” which is a result of her being a spokeperson for Quick Trim, which is a competitor.

What the hell is the big deal? So Kim said “unhealthy”…and?????

She is entitled to her own opinion, regardless of her endorsement.

Now the interesting thing here is that the lawsuit was filed after the bootyful actress filed a cease and desist letter to the Cookie Monster, accusing him of “falsely claiming” that she was endorsing his Cookie Diet.

Hmmmmmm….all this drama over a few cookies….come on now, I’m sure we have better things to do here.

But if Kimmie wins, she’ll be getting some major dough.
